Counselling Services
What do I do?
I offer counselling for adults (18+) online and in person. My approach is warm, collaborative and rooted in both Person-centred and Psychodynamic perspectives, giving you space to reflect on your experiences and discover new ways of moving forward.
Who do I work with?
People come to counselling for many different reasons. Some are looking for support through a particular difficulty, while others simply want space to understand themselves more deeply. I often work with people who are:
feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed
adjusting after bereavement or loss
living with the impact of trauma or difficult experiences
navigating relationships or life changes
exploring self-esteem, identity, or a sense of belonging
reflecting on life through a new understanding of themselves – including people who have ASD, ADD or ADHD
Counselling Sessions
Counselling offers you a safe, supportive space to talk openly and work through whatever you’re experiencing. Each session lasts one hour and costs £60.
I know it can feel daunting to begin therapy, so I offer a free 30-minute consultation before you commit. This gives us both the chance to talk about what you’d like support with, and see if working together feels like the right fit.
Accessibility and inclusion
I aim to make therapy accessible and welcoming. If you have specific needs around neurodiversity, sensory preferences or access requirements, please say so when you get in touch and we can discuss adjustments.
